A clear distinction between the Pickleball Referee Excellence Program educational materials and the technology platform that delivers them.

Educational program content

The Pickleball Referee Excellence Program educational materials are jointly owned by the four Team Members. PB Referee, LLC is not the sole owner of the Pickleball Referee Excellence Program educational IP.

Covered educational materials include:

Curriculum and manuals
Methodology and assessments
Quizzes, tests, questions, and answers
Training scenarios and videos
Graphics, illustrations, and the program logo
Other original educational materials

Technology and platform

PB Referee, LLC separately owns and operates the technology platform used to deliver and administer the program. This includes the Learning Management System (LMS), website technology, source code, database architecture, authentication, permissions, workflows, dashboards, technical infrastructure, and other platform technology.

Access does not transfer ownership

Access to the Pickleball Referee Excellence Program through this website or the Learning Management System (LMS) does not transfer ownership of educational materials or platform technology to a user.

Authorized use only

Program materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, modified, published, sold, or incorporated into another training program without authorization.
